Company Overview

IP Capital was established in 2006 delivering accounting, auditing and system related advisory services. As the client base expanded, additional Chartered accountants and IT data solutions experts joined the company and we have been involved in a number of large system and business intelligence implementations. Our intimate understanding of business and audit processes has also resulted in the company being involved in numerous business turnaround projects with excellent outcomes achieved for clients.

Directors’ Overview

Gert van Heerden

Founder, Executive Director, CA (SA)

Gert is a founding partner at IP Capital and assumes the role of Director. After graduating from Unisa with BCompt (Hons) degree and going on to gain SAICA accreditation as a Chartered Accountant, Gert found his passion in providing IT sales, services and business systems improvement. He spent several years working in leadership roles in finance before starting IP Capital.

Andre Fourie

Founder, Executive Director, CA (SA)

Andre is a founding partner at IP Capital and assumes the roles of Director as well as providing advanced applications development and project management. Andre graduated from the University of Pretoria with a BCom (Hons) before achieving his SAICA accreditation as a Chartered Accountant. He has years of experience working in project management, system conversion and implementation management.

Adrian Mallett

Executive Director, CA (SA)

Adrian graduated from Rhodes University with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and he serves as a Director at IP Capital. Before joining IP Capital, Adrian spent several years in leadership and management roles at major institutions both internationally and in South Africa. He is skilled in project management, preparing and analysing financial data, and providing business process assistance to a broad spectrum of clients.
